First Aid 2005 Correction
I'm not sure where I got this, but I found an errata sheet for First Aid 2005. Here is the correction:
On page 269, the topic “Polyarteritis nodosa” says “Not associated with P-ANCA” This should be changed to “Can be associated with P-ANCA.”

Is not an error, First Aid is right. I verified that a few months ago, older books ( before 2003) say that P-ANCA is associated with PN, but current books [look CMDT 2007, Goljan Pathology 2004(Rapid Review) and Robbins 7th ed.] do not say that P-ANCA is associated with PN.
